It does tenant tracking including move-in/out prorates, partial rent collections, payment history and deposit balances. Expense processing includes loan amortization, automatic invoice charging, distributed invoice charging and vendor records. PropMan will produce month-to-date or year-to-date reports at any time. It prints eviction and rent change notices. The shareware version of PropMan has a capacity of 50 rentals. Larger versions are available that can handle 100's or 1000's of units, write checks, track multiple owners and calculate management fees for property management companies. This version updates V2.85 previously available online. It offers an improved user interface and more detailed printed reports.
